All direct volunteers for CJB&S which include board members, coaches (both House and Travel), and concession stand employees undergo a background check before each season. This check is done by the board and the results are only viewed by the executive board. These background checks are completed for all personnel who work/coach for CJB&S within our organization.

We are also aware that coaching/training can be conducted by an outside organization (outside the CJB facility and jurisdiction). The CJB board recommends that those third party companies, that are providing the services, have the same policies for their employees and volunteers.
