Back to top | | | | Concession Stand Team Volunteer Schedule | | | by
posted 04/25/2012 Members,
Each team is required to volunteer 2 times a season during their game. Your Head Coach will explain in more detail. Parents from each team will need to help in the concession stand.
Concession Stand Team Volunteer Guidelines
1. Each team needs to provide 2 parents during their entire time slot, this can be the same parents the whole 2 hr block or it can be split up into anyway that works.
2. You will NOT be running the grill, so no worries there.
3. You will be handling money and making change, there is a calculator for your use.
4. You will be handing out drinks, candy, popcorn, pretzels, nachos, etc. You will be required to wear food service gloves (non latex) for part of this.
5. No children under the age of 10 allowed in the concession stand. If you are in a bind and they must come they will be asked to sit on a chair, they will NOT be allowed to handle food or money.
6. You will not receive any free food or drink items during your volunteer time.
7. Make sure you bring your smiles, we have a good time.
Our games will not start unless the volunteers are in place from the scheduled Teams participation!
The schedule is posted on our website under the document sectionBack to top | | |
